Swinton Networkcentre fully let after latest tenant signing

Speculative build Agecroft Networkcentre at Swinton, Greater Manchester, is fully let after the final space was signed up in the popular industrial park.

Terms were agreed with Parkside Windows & Conservatories Ltd by asset and property managers NSM. The enterprise, run by owner Lee Hudson, has been supplying and fitting homeowners with a range of window and doors, as well as high end conservatories and orangeries for more than 20 years.

Parkside Windows & Conservatories has agreed a three-year lease on Unit 5, which offers 770 sq. ft for the company, which is relocating from its existing Swinton base.

Agecroft Networkcentre is located on Lamplight Way, just off the A666 and A580 at Swinton. The site overall provides 30,619 sq. ft of 18 high quality self-contained workspace units. Other tenants currently on the site include: CGlass Manchester, Signals IT Ltd, Sharman Group Ltd and Tru Plastics Ltd.

The site also benefits from CCTV and is a secure gated estate with 24hr access, 3 phase electricity, and internal repairing leases. The units range from 770 to 2,644 sq. ft and a modern specification and build throughout.
