Commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors have completed the sale of a prime office space to a specialist Nottinghamshire accountancy firm.

NG has brokered a deal on behalf of its private vendor client to sell the 2,050 sq ft 17 Farrington Way on Eastwood Link Office Park in the town of Eastwood to Noy and Partners Chartered Accountants.

NG’s managing director Richard Sutton completed the deal for the two-storey office building which was built by renowned local developer William Davis back in 2002 and brought to the market over the summer.

Richard said: “We’re delighted to get this deal completed. Even with the impact of Covid-19 on the market the transaction went through quickly. It’s another in a long line of transactions during 2020 completed by NG with a company who have bold plans and aren’t letting Covid have a negative impact on their future prospects.

“I wish Noy and Partners all the best in their new home and I’ll watch their progress with interest.”

Noy Accountants were advised by Jonathan Bishop of Bishop Property Consultants. He said: “Eastwood Link Office Park is perfectly located for Noy and Partners and their clients, with the building lending itself to the proposed growth of the business.”
