Cannock speculative industrial development “Rapida” let to TES

Trebor Developments and Kay Properties Midlands Limited have completed the letting of their 102,000 sq ft speculatively developed quality industrial unit in Cannock. TES has taken a long term lease on the building, with fit out works about to commence.

TES is a world leading IT lifecycle company, providing end-to-end commissioning, deployment and retirement of information technology assets. With 40 other locations across 20 countries, the Rapida development will be the home of their European headquarters, following a period of substantial growth.
