Carlsberg UK sign on new office at Grade A office park, Temple Point

Carlsberg UK has agreed a 10-year lease on offices at Temple Point Office Park, Colton.

Temple Point is a well-established office park that was originally developed in 2005 that comprises nine detached office buildings strategically located adjacent to the M1 and with easy access in to Leeds City Centre.

Carlsberg UK will occupy Unit 9 Temple, a 13,134 sq ft self-contained office building that having been recently refurbished, offers modern space split across two floorplates and is perfect for the 140 local staff that will occupy the building.

Carlsberg UK’s head of procurement, David Hawkins commented on their move, “Our relocation to Temple Point will provide us with a welcome upgrade from our current office space and the owner tailored the refurbishment to meet our requirements. The offices occupies a prime business location and provides a fit-for-purpose, high-quality space with comfort cooling suitable for its predominant use as a contact centre.”

Temple Point is adjacent to The Colton Retail Park which provides an array of amenities for staff including; Sainsbury’s supermarket, Next, Boots, Travelodge, Busy Bees Nursery and a variety of restaurants.
