Speculative industrial development completed at Doncaster Sheffield Airport’s Aero Centre

Trebor Developments, with partner Hillwood, have achieved completion of its two unit speculative industrial development located at Aero Centre, Doncaster Sheffield Airport.

Avion is the latest development to be completed in a UK-wide portfolio and provides two units, 59,271 sq ft and 46,067 sq ft, with Grade A offices, clear heights to 10m haunch, the latest dock and level access doors, secure 45m yards and up to 1.0 MVA of power, suitable for manufacturing or distribution uses.

The site is located close to the airport and benefits from easy access to the M18 at Junction 3 or the M1.
