Leading real estate fund manager PRUPIM is marketing an unbroken parade of retail, office and residential space on Kensington High Street for an asking price of £28.5 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 5.33%.

The freehold property consists of eight retail units, four floors of office accommodation and three residential apartments with the retail element providing 76% of the total income.
