Fletcher Morgan have sold the freehold of the former Thomas Simon Solicitors office at 62 Newport Road, Cardiff to a private party. The building became vacant on the merger of Thomas Simon with Gordon Dadds (now Ince).

“It was good to secure the sale in these unprecedented times after a lengthy period of marketing and illustrates that there is still a market for good development opportunities. Tellingly, although we received a healthy level of interest in the 7,200 sq ft office building there was no serious interest in re-using the building as an office”.
