Law firm Ashfords LLP has welcomed new Associate, Catherine Welch, who joins the Construction Team.
Catherine joins the firm from Osborne Clarke, having been a solicitor in the Construction department since completing her training there and qualifying in 2005. Catherine also spent time working in-house at a large multi-national energy company whilst on secondment during this time.
Catherine specialises in advising on non-contentious construction issues and has acted for all types of clients ranging from developers, property owners and funders to contractors, sub-contractors and consultants.
She said: “It is exciting to be joining a team that has worked with a number of prestigious construction and engineering clients, both nationally and internationally, and I am looking forward to working for a leading law firm.”
