One of Somerset’s major regeneration projects, Morlands Enterprise Park in Glastonbury, has been sold to Bristol based property company Cubex – funded by Palmer Capital in the Palmer Capital Development Fund II – and The Beckery Island Regeneration Trust (BIRT).
The Park has been sold by South West RDA (South West of England Regional Development Agency) following ten years of ownership, with Bristol based adviser GVA advising on the acquisition.
