We’re delighted to be moving into the new unit. The landlord Beacon Estates, has been very flexible and provided us with a unit which is custom designed and fitted out to our exact specification. They have been extremely helpful throughout the process and we have developed a great relationship with them already”.
M4 Property Consultants acted as joint agents with Parrys Commercial on behalf of Beacon Estates (Chepstow) Ltd to negotiate the lease. Dan Smith of M4 said, “We are delighted to welcome ROHA group to Beacon Business Park, it’s great news for the local economy. The common attraction to all the businesses who have located to the business park is the quality of the buildings being offered. Beacon Estates deserves credit for their strategy to provide such high quality units. Equally important is their flexible approach and willingness to listen to needs of potential clients and then work with them to provide exactly what they require. Whilst this may sound very simple, it is rare for a landlord to understand the requirements of their tenants so well and be able to work with them so closely to help them develop the perfect property for their business. We currently have units available to let ranging from 500 sq ft to in excess of 13,500 sq ft where we could do the same for other potential tenants.”
Newport solicitors Harding Evans provide a range of commercial law services to ROHA group and represented them on this transaction.
