New Building Engineering Services partner for Cushman & Wakefield Manchester

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Paul Feely to head up its Building Engineering Services skill line for the Northern region.

Based in their Manchester office, the newly created role will see Paul responsible for all building services related enquiries, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design for both new and refurbishment projects, technical advisory, technical due diligence, dilapidation, energy reduction and energy compliance projects.

Paul joins from Laing O’Rourke where he spent the last five years responsible for the delivery and technical compliance for building services design packages associated with some of the largest retail, healthcare and laboratory projects within the UK.

He is a chartered engineer with CIBSE and has fifteen years’ previous experience as a building services design consultant and strives to deliver projects which contribute positively towards reducing energy consumption.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Building Engineering Services team is currently advising developers, landlords and occupiers on approaching 3 million sq ft of commercial office space building services design across the UK. Working within Cushman & Wakefield’s wider Project & Development Services team, they provide clients with project management, building consultancy, interior design and cost consultancy advice. The team employs 19 staff across the UK.
