Insurance provider Original Insurance Services Limited, trading as Verex Group, has taken space at AEW’s 730 Aztec West in Bristol.
The Group, which provides insurance and aftercare products to the motor industry, has committed to 5,134 sq ft of space on a 10 year lease.
The deal was agreed by joint agents Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank on behalf of landlord AEW UK Core Property Fund. Verex Group was advised by GVA.
730 Aztec West comprises 38,587 sq ft of office space and underwent a comprehensive refurbishment last year which included a new enlarged reception area, new mechanical and electrical services and new landscaping to the site.

Michael Shears, Assistant Portfolio Manager at AEW UK Core Property Fund commented: “We are really pleased Verex have taken space at 730 Aztec West and join Taylor Wimpey in one of the best buildings in the park. We undertook a comprehensive speculative refurbishment of the building and we are delighted with how it has progressed.”
Andy Heath, Partner at Cushman & Wakefield said: “We are pleased to have helped Verex Group relocate to Aztec West. Since its refurbishment last year, we have seen an increase in demand from all sectors for out of town offices. We currently have 21,000 sq ft of space available on the remaining part first and second floors where we can accommodate requirements from 5,000 sq ft.”
