The former tyre centre occupied by ATS Euromaster, located on Oldmeadow Road, Kings Lynn has been sold for £66,000 to Hepworth Holdings (East Anglia) Ltd.
The modern light industrial unit forms part of the established Hardwick Industrial Court, close to the junction of the A47 with the A10 providing easy access to the rest of East Anglia and the UK.
Hepworth Holdings (East Anglia) Ltd will use the recently acquired unit to complement their existing business, Barnsby Produce, a family run produce company who provide high quality produce to the catering industry primarily, including a number of Michelin star restaurants.
The unit, totalling 2,224 sq ft has been sold on a freehold basis.
