Muse, the nationwide placemaker and regeneration specialist, has appointed Rhea Stephen as Project Manager in its south regional team, further bolstering its capability in line with a growing delivery pipeline.
Rhea has previously held Project Manager roles at Lendlease and Cast Consultancy. She has experience in complex, mixed-use masterplans such as the Earls Court Masterplan, with a strong focus on sustainability.
In her new role, she will support the next phases of development at Bristol Temple Quarter, one of the UK’s most significant urban regeneration programmes.
The appointment marks the sixth new hire in Muse’s south regional team since March, as the master developer continues to build momentum across the region following the recent signing of a development agreement at Stevenage Station Gateway and its appointment as preferred development partner for Bristol Temple Quarter. The Bristol Temple Quarter development will transform 135 hectares in central Bristol, delivering 10,000 homes, commercial space, major public realm enhancements and improved connectivity, with an estimated £1.6bn annual boost to the regional economy.
Muse has almost 40 years of experience leading complex, mixed-use regeneration and delivering award-winning neighbourhoods across London and the South of England. Muse’s growing southern pipeline represents over 4,400 homes, including more than 800 affordable homes and over 2,600 build-to-rent homes, reflecting its continued ambition to deliver mixed-use communities across the region. Earlier this year, Muse’s MD for the South region, Simon Harding-Roots, revealed his ambitions to grow the South regional business by 50% over the next three years.
2026 marks a milestone year for the master developer, which will also see planning submitted on the next phases of Manor Road Quarter in Canning Town, delivering over 800 homes of which 50% are affordable, and progress on plans for a new mixed-use community in Bournemouth.
