Nigel brings more than a decade of experience within the business, having joined tor&co in 2015 and played a key role in delivering complex planning projects across the UK. His promotion reflects both his longstanding contribution and the firm’s commitment to investing in its people alongside targeted external recruitment.

Operating from offices in London, Birmingham, Bristol and Bournemouth – where the business was founded over 40 years ago – tor&co has built a strong reputation for delivering creative, commercially robust planning and development solutions nationwide.

Nigel is widely recognised across the South Coast market for his expertise in planning strategy and his work advising national housebuilders, developers, landowners and commercial clients. His portfolio includes major regeneration schemes, strategic housing developments and large-scale logistics projects.

This Board appointment signals the next phase in tor&co’s growth, reinforcing its leadership team as the business continues to expand its geographic reach and multidisciplinary offer.
