Its growing pipeline in the South represents over 4,400 homes, including more than 800 affordable homes and over 2,600 build-to-rent homes, reflecting its continued ambition to deliver mixed-use communities in the region.

Muse has almost 40 years of experience leading complex, mixed-use regeneration and creating award-winning neighbourhoods across the South of England. Its major projects in London include Manor Road Quarter in Canning Town, delivering over 800 homes, 50% of which are affordable, and new public realm, and Stroudley Walk in Bromley-by-Bow, which will provide 274 homes, 50% of which are affordable, and community space.

Muse is making strong progress across a number of projects, including at Manor Road Quarter Phase 2 in Canning Town, which will deliver a 50% affordable neighbourhood. Muse is also progressing North West Quadrant in Slough, where a third round of community conversations is underway, and continuing to advance the Winter Gardens development in Bournemouth.

Simon Harding-Roots, Regional Managing Director – South at Muse, said: “We are boosting our team with a breadth of experience across complex mixed-use regeneration and housing delivery, which will be key in supporting our growth ambitions and shaping the next generation of neighbourhoods across the South.

This is especially important as we continue to build momentum in the region following the signing of the development agreement at Stevenage Gateway and our appointment as preferred partner for Bristol Temple Quarter. As our neighbourhoods develop across the South, our expanded team will be ensuring that we continue to deliver places that improve the lives of local people.”
