Catella APAM, the UK-focused asset and investment manager acting on behalf of Britannia Invest A/S, has completed a new letting to Abbey Travel at Mainpoint, Edinburgh. Catella APAM has managed the asset for Britannia Invest A/S since 2016, providing a fully integrated asset management service across its UK portfolio.
The transaction comprises the part 4th floor, totalling 6,670 sq ft, which has been let to Abbey Travel on a new 10-year lease, incorporating a tenant break option at year five.
