Opening for the 2026/27 academic year, this landmark address offers contemporary studios and cluster flats, exceptional connectivity to all Bristol campuses, safe and secure living and access to the growing lifestyle at Brabazon – from pop-up food destinations and padel courts to immersive golf pods and events at the Spitfire Hangar community hub.

Located at the heart of Brabazon, an ambitious new town, The Propeller Quarter is a significant addition to the city’s student offer. It sets a new standard for purpose-built living in Bristol, combining premium design with outstanding transport links and lifestyle amenities.

With construction well underway by YTL Construction UK, the first two blocks will be ready for the 2026/27 intake, providing 750 beds. The final two blocks will open the following academic year, completing the vision for this exciting student community.

With 1,500+ beds when complete, The Propeller Quarter will rank among the largest student accommodation schemes in the UK – setting a new benchmark for scale and quality in Bristol. Combining high-spec rooms, generous study spaces and exceptional amenities at competitive rents, it offers outstanding value for students.
