Strong tenant demand for Asper’s boutique retail and office development in Droitwich

The transformation of a landmark Droitwich Spa site into a boutique parade of retail, office and leisure units has sparked a wave of interest from potential occupiers.

Asper Property Group has reimagined the former David Neville Furniture Store on Hanbury Street into The Row, an exclusive 6,639 sq ft development of four ground floor retail units and seven first floor offices of varying sizes.

Charlie London, managing director of Asper Property Group, said: “We’ve endeavoured to create something truly unique for Droitwich and Worcestershire.

“We are delighted that the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive – and we’re already fielding multiple enquiries from interested businesses.”

To showcase the development, a special open morning will take place on Wednesday 1 October from 10–11.30am, offering prospective tenants the chance to explore the scheme while enjoying coffee and pastries.

Working in collaboration with Craig Jackson Interiors, The Row blends original character with contemporary, design-led finishes.

Highlights include vaulted timber ceilings, Karndean flooring, a Matte Sandstone kitchen with Corian worktops, antique brass detailing, and bespoke feature lighting.

The Row’s first tenant, Reformed Studios, a Pilates business run by sisters Natalie Townsend and Louise McHale, reports that it has launched with exceptional success, attracting strong client demand from day one.

Natalie commented: “The Row has such a luxury feel – the vaulted ceilings give a real ‘wow’ factor while the modern finishes make it welcoming and practical.

“Our clients love it, and that was crucial for us when choosing the right home for our studio.”

Units at The Row range in size from 80 sq ft to 2,600 sq ft, and further information is available from joint agents Hexagon Commercial of Stourbridge and GJS Dillon of Worcester.
