Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust has agreed a 15-year, unbroken lease to secure just over 13,000 sq ft of new outpatient clinical space and office accommodation at the multi-award-winning Dean Clough destination in Halifax.
The new space provides state of the art facilities for NHS Community services in Calderdale, supporting its Amputee Outpatient Service, Bladder and Bowel Outpatient Service, Lymphoedema Outpatient Service, Podiatry Outpatient clinics, Community Therapies, Urgent Community Response (UCR), and District Nursing Hubs.
Community Services at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust occupy 5,722 sq ft on the ground floor as well as 7,511 sq ft on the 4th floor of the recently renovated Bowling Mill at Dean Clough. The consolidated services are in the process of moving from Beechwood Medical Centre and Calderdale Royal Hospital.

Bowling Mill is one of 16 stone Victorian mill buildings at Dean Clough. Floors can be rented on a floor-by-floor or part floor basis.
