Cluttons appoints head of planning

Cluttons, the property consultancy, has appointed Raoul Veevers as head of planning, adding to a raft of senior hires.

Veevers has joined Cluttons adding planning services to strengthen and complement the wide range of expertise currently offered to clients, working within the transactional and development advisory team led by Steven Cooper.

Veevers joins from Montagu Evans with over 20 years of planning experience. He has been involved with a diverse range of projects including Hallsville Quarter Canning Town, RHS Wisley, The Home Office, 60 Threadneedle Street and Vauxhall Island. His client base is diverse and includes public sector bodies, registered providers, institutional funds, and private landowners & developers.

Veevers joins several other senior appointments at Cluttons, Rob Burke as head of project and building consultancy from Lambert Smith Hampton, Jonathan Rhodes as head of valuation from GL Hearn and Charlie Ardern and Ryan Jones who joined as partners from Avison Young in Manchester.
