Residential Building Surveyor

An independent firm has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Residential Building Surveyor for their highly successful business in Bristol. This well established firm provides professional advice on residential transactions throughout the greater Bristol area.

The work predominantly involves building surveys, home buyers reports and residential valuations on domestic properties covering wider Bristol, BS, BA and some GL postcodes.

Experience Required:

• MRICS
• Residential building surveying experience is preferable – specifically Building Surveys and Homebuyer Reports, though the opportunity for the right person exists to be trained up if you’re looking to move into this sector and have MRICS status already.

Ideally, the role would suit an ambitious, personable individual with a good eye for detail. For experienced candidates, if you’re looking a move away from a more corporate environment, this should be a prospect you explore. For surveyors looking to move into this sector, a competitive package will be offered which should see you earning upwards of £40-£50k in the foreseeable medium term.

This position offers a competitive package with basic salary, car or allowance, bonuses as percentage of fee income paid monthly, holiday which increases with service, flexible working (a combination of home and office base) and the opportunity to work in a thriving, friendly business.
