Beach Baker is seeking a talented lease advisory surveyor who is able to handle and negotiate a range of matters for this leading private practice.

This highly regarded firm is recognised as representing a range of high profile clients, from large multi-national companies to niche operators and therefore your work will be varied and interesting.

With the core assets being held in London, your London and technical expertise will be highly valued in this dynamic team.

Whilst technical know-how is important in this position, your keenness to negotiate and secure the best lease agreements for your clients will be highly valued and rewarded accordingly with the market leading bonus structure
