My client is looking to attract a graduate Rural Estate manager to manage a specific portfolio for a large institutional client, with assets based in the Hampshire area.
You will join a successful team, working closely with the Senior Director to manage this important client.
You will undertake the full range of property management tasks within a rural estate environment, including handling rent reviews and all other property management activities for a mixed residential and commercial portfolio. You will not be required to handle sales and acquisitions.
You will work with a long-standing client of the firm and will have exceptional support in order to help you feel part of a successful and friendly team very quickly.
This highly regarded firm is looking to recruit a graduate level candidate who is perhaps part-way through their APC or has a real estate management or relevant qualification.
