A highly successful Property Consultancy that offers a full range of commercial property services has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Building Surveyor within their expanding Swindon office.
The successful candidate will carry out a mixture of professional surveys and project-based work.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a property consultancy during this time of company growth. Ideally, the role would suit an ambitious individual who is looking for a challenge and bring fresh ideas to help the company expand. You must be motivated, driven and keen to progress.
Ideally you will be MRICS with up to 1 to 5 years PQE, however this is not essential. Candidates at the Assistant level and due to sit their final APC interview within 12-months will also be considered.
