A private investor has bought a Nottinghamshire industrial/warehouse building for £3 million.
Jonathan Moore, Investment Director at Holt Commercial, assisted his client in the purchase of Unit 7A at Sherwood Park – a 45,014 sq ft property on a site of 2.84 acres.
The property is entirely let to Surepak Limited, which has been in occupation of the building for 12 years, at a low passing rent of £200,000 per annum exclusive.
