Colliers International and Burston Cook fully let Blenheim Court

Landlord XLB Property, advised by Colliers International and Burston Cook, has carried out a refurbishment and secured a tenant for Unit 4 Blenheim Court, at Beaufort Office Park in Bristol, just two months after it became vacant.

Water treatment specialist Nijhuis H20K has taken a five year lease on the 1,487 sq ft office, which is located in a terrace of two-storey purpose-built offices and has open-plan accommodation over two floors and six allocated parking spaces.

James Preece, national offices director in the Bristol office of Colliers International, said: “Blenheim Court is prominently located fronting Woodlands Lane, and the self-contained nature of these offices appeals to many potential occupiers’.

Finola Ingham from Burston Cook added: “The recent refurbishment of Unit 4 at Blenheim Court made it an attractive proposition, and we are anticipating similar levels of interest in Unit 1, which is due to be returned to the landlord later this year.”
