New £1.7m offices for architecture firm to be built at Grove Park in Leicester

Grove Park at Enderby will soon become the home for the new head office of architectural firm Stephen George + Partners.

The building division of national firm North Midland Construction PLC (NM Group) has been awarded the contract to build the new £1.7m office scheme which will be a two-storey building featuring decorative brickwork, cladding and timber elements.  Work has just begun on the project and will take 26 weeks to complete.

Stephen George + Partners specialise in urban regeneration, master planning and architectural services for offices, education, retail, residential and leisure purposes.  The firm has offices in Leicester, Leeds and Solihull in the West Midlands.

Their new head office is the latest in a series of developments at Grove Park and the NM Group, who are based in Nottinghamshire and deliver building, highways, civil engineering and utilities projects nationwide, have already completed a number of other projects at Grove Park.  These include a new office building for Grove Park Commercials and a new headquarters for plumbing and heating equipment firm, BSS.

Nick Banks, operations director of NM Group’s building division, said: “It’s great to be back working on a development in Grove Park and we look forward to constructing the new offices for Stephen George + Partners.”
