CBRE announces flurry of West Yorkshire industrial lets

Unit 3 Bridgeway

CBRE’s Industrial and Logistics team in Leeds announces a flurry of industrial deals, totalling more than 30,500 sq ft, letting key industrial sites in the West Yorkshire area, including Horsforth in Leeds and two in Bradford.

Acting on behalf of J Pullan & Sons Ltd, CBRE has let two units located at Bridgeway, off Knowles Lane, in the south of Bradford.

Unit 2, a modern, semi-detached warehouse unit with a secure yard, providing 4,730 sq ft of space, has been let to Places for People, a property, leisure management and development regeneration business, on a five-year term.  Unit 3 is a detached warehouse/industrial unit totalling 11,756 sq ft with large secure yard and has been let to Industrial Water Jetting Systems on a ten year term.

The property is located on Bridgeway, just off Knowles Lane, providing direct access onto Tong Street A650 and Rooley Lane, which forms part of the Bradford Ring Road and in turn leads to the M606 Motorway which is approximately 1.5 miles from the site.

Acting on behalf of Leeds-based Evans Property Group, CBRE has secured a ten year deal for a highly prominent warehouse unit at 3a Woodside, Low Lane, Horsforth, on the outskirts of Leeds.  The 14,109 sq ft unit has been let to Unicam Group, specialist distributor for hidden AV solutions and integrated systems.

The property is situated in a key position fronting Low Lane which is a popular commercial road situated in Horsforth, North West Leeds. Low Lane links directly onto the outer Ring Road which provides access to Leeds City Centre and the greater motorway network.  The property is approximately 4.7 miles from Leeds City, 7.6 miles from Bradford City Centre and 3 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport.

Sophie Angus, Surveyor, CBRE Industrial & Logistics team in Leeds said: “The industrial occupier market across the West Yorkshire region continues to perform well.  We have enjoyed a high level of interest in these small to mid size high quality, existing industrial units and are delighted with the take-up and letting activity.”
