Four Graphics targets Tachbrook for Midlands expansion move

A London printing group has expanded into the Midlands in a move aimed at boosting its competitiveness.

Property agents John Truslove acted as acquiring agents on behalf of Four Graphics Ltd taking the 13,000sqft Unit 4 at Tachbrook Link, Warwick on a ten-year lease.

Four Graphics Ltd has already recruited 12 full-timers and a number of temporary staff and hopes to offer more jobs once the new operation is fully up and running.

Nick Duncan, financial director, said: “We are a state-of-the-art creative printer covering the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

“We provide print solutions for some of the most iconic brands, creative retailers and market leading agencies.

“Exceptional print, service and an award winning ideology to our clients requirements and the ways in which we can support them are at the core of our business and our new site enables us to offer even faster lead times, larger scale roll outs and more competitive pricing without compromising on quality.”

Clients include Agent Provocateur, Ask Italian, Shell, Samsung, Wyevale Garden Centres, Ralph Lauren, HMV, La Perla, Eurostar, and Burberry.

Mr Duncan said the Midlands opening had come about because of the difficulty in obtaining London property and the need to be ever more competitive given the challenge of rivals.

“The Midlands was attractive to us because property costs are much lower than the capital and a whole new skill set has become available to us across potential staff and suppliers in the region.

“We tasked Truslove’s with finding suitable premises and after viewing the shortlisted options we chose Warwick because we could access the right workforce and Ben was able to negotiate us a great deal.”

Employing more than 30 people overall, the company will be retaining its London production facilities.

Ben Truslove, a director of John Truslove, said: “This expansion from Central London is very significant for our area.

“A trend is developing as firms increasingly understand the cost benefits, skilled workforce and great transport connections which are available in the Midlands. Four Graphics is an ambitious company and we were very pleased to be able to assist with their growth plans.”
