Commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced a leadership restructure in its North West offices, and the senior-level promotions of Gayle Taylor and Stephen Proudley.

Gayle Taylor becomes Consultancy Services Director and Stephen Proudley takes on the position of Transactions Services Director. These newly created roles will work as a partnership to lead and drive the business’s three NW-based offices and 140 staff forward across the region.

Gayle Taylor, who heads up LSH’s 17-strong building consultancy team in Manchester and doubled its size and income in just three years, will now head operations across the North West business. She will take responsibility for driving performance and monitoring progress across the whole region.

Stephen Proudley, who has nearly 20 years of retail agency experience, will lead the business’s substantial retail, office, industrial, hospitality agency and capital markets/investment teams.

Matthew Scrimshaw, Regional Director, North region, commented: “As part of Lambert Smith Hampton’s continued growth, we have reorganised the North West’s leadership team. This will allow us to play to our strengths and focus on developing and growing our operation, effectively, raising our game.

“Gayle and Stephen’s appointments are well deserved and both are incredibly well equipped to lead our firm’s North West team forward.”
