Telecoms firm buys unit at The Woodford Centre

Business telephones systems provider Berry Telecom has dialled in to buy a high quality office unit at a popular centre near Salisbury as the company continues to expand.
The firm has taken Unit 2, The Woodford Centre, Old Sarum, in a deal handled by property consultancy Myddelton & Major.

Quoting freehold price for the 5,015 sq ft (465.89 sq m) two-storey unit was £500,000.

Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “Berry Telecom is one of the UK’s fastest growing telecoms companies, providing reliable, low-cost systems, calls/lines and broadband, designed specifically for UK small to medium businesses.

“The company, a Samsung Platinum Partner and with clients right across the UK, needed more space in which to expand from its HQ at Sterling House, Old Sarum and the Woodford Centre offices proved ideal.”

Lambert Smith Hampton acted for Berry Telecom in the purchase of the unit, which has been fitted out to a high standard to provide ground and first floor office accommodation and includes 14 parking spaces.

Old Sarum is situated approximately a mile-and-a-half north of Salisbury alongside the A345 Salisbury to Amesbury Road. The A303 lies approximately seven miles north at Amesbury.
