Colliers International negotiates five year lease for Sift Digital at The Quorum

Sift Digital Ltd has agreed a lease at newly-refurbished Bristol office building The Quorum.

Real estate advisor Colliers International represented Sift Digital in acquiring the 4,920 sq ft 3rd Central at the prominently-located premises in Bond Street South on a five year lease with three year break.

Sift Digital was demerged from Bristol-based business publisher Sift in 2016 and is now a separate company, owned by Sift shareholders, providing consultancy and technology services to over 50 organisations.

James Preece, national offices director at Colliers International in Bristol, said that as a result of expansion Sift Digital needed to move from Sift’s premises at Bridge House and acquire its own office space.

“The Quorum has been the subject of a programme of refurbishment by its owners, Commercial Estates Group, and this was a factor in the appeal of these premises, which also benefit from proximity to Bristol city centre and the M32,” he said.

Commercial Estates Group (CEG) was represented by Savills.
