As part of its South Wales expansion program, Auction House South Wales is delighted to announce the appointment of Steven Roberts as Commercial Director.
Steven, a qualified Chartered Surveyor, joins Auction House South Wales with over 16 years property experience in Wales and the South West. He started his property career in local authority before transferring to the private sector and has worked in Cardiff, Newport & Bristol. He joined Nuttall Parker in April 2015, where he is still responsible for their commercial property agency and management.
Steven comments: “I am delighted to be joining Auction House South Wales and look forward to working with the skilled and experienced team. In particular applying my specialist commercial property expertise in the region to establish and grow the commercial auction business.”

His appointment coincides perfectly with our move into West Wales where his fluency in Welsh will be a great asset.
