Knight Frank won two awards at the commercial property industry’s key annual awards event.

The commercial property consultancy, which has its regional office in Cardiff, won the Investment Agency Team of the Year and Office Agency Team of the Year awards at the 2016 Property Week Awards, announced in London.

Summarising the awards, the judges said that: “It was the team’s strength and depth from top to bottom that set Knight Frank apart from the others.”

Knight Frank’s managing partner in Cardiff Matt Phillips said: “Our involvement in Legal & General’s commitment to the Central Square scheme in Cardiff – the largest transaction in Wales to date with a projected value of up to £400m – was one of the factors highlighted in Knight Frank’s success in winning these national awards.

“The Cardiff office has been a key participant in the team’s success nationwide, and this is down to the calibre of people we have in the office and their very strong work ethic which ensures that our clients’ expectations are consistently met and exceeded.  Cardiff is very much at the forefront of activity and schemes like Central Square and Capital Quarter are at the forefront of providing high quality new grade A office space.”
