CBRE secures letting at Liverpool International Business Park

Acting on behalf of Gladman Developments, CBRE’s Liverpool office agency team has secured a new letting at Hurricane Court within the acclaimed Liverpool International Business Park.

QA Flooring Solutions Ltd has leased the 6,100 sq ft Unit 2 on a 5 year term. The company supplies flooring, underlays and accessories to the flooring industry, particularly flooring retailers and contractors. QA Flooring Solutions Ltd is relocating from Widnes having outgrown its existing accommodation following continuous year-on-year growth since it started trading in 2007, and the company states that there are plans for that growth to continue well into the future.

Hurricane Court provides a wide range of office units in the heart of Liverpool International Business Park which is located adjacent to Liverpool John Lennon Airport, with views over the Speke Garston Coastal Reserve and River Mersey.
