Sheffield ‘secret agents’ set for network with a difference

Business people in Sheffield can experience the life of a secret agent at an event with a difference.

Sheffield Chamber of Commerce has created ‘Hunters and Seekers’, a fundraising activity for the Master Cutler’s Challenge.

‘Hunters and Seekers’ involves participants being in groups of between six and eight people and playing the role of secret agents, as they battle it out across the city on September 6.

Half of the team will be based in ‘Op Control’ back at base, whilst the remaining team members will be out on the streets being directed by their team mates.

The team outside will have to talk to different ‘agents’ in order to gain clues and complete tasks, while also being chased by an elite ‘Hunters Force’ – a group of real soldiers from the British Army!

In ‘Op Control’, the team’s role will be to guide the rest of their team to different places where they need to be. Their job will be to make sense of any clues the team down on the ground find as well as helping them avoid the chasing soldiers.

The event is a Sheffield Chamber of Commerce and Expert Leadership Training project that is aimed to raise funds and awareness of the Master Cutler’s Challenge, which ends in September.

The ‘Hunters and Seekers’ challenge takes place on Saturday, 6 September 2014 and will run between 10am and 4pm.
