City centre building looks forward to a sustainable future

One of the UK’s leading specialists in sustainability and resource efficiency, Sustain Limited have taken refurbished office space at Royal London Buildings in Bristol’s commercial centre.

James Preece from Colliers International acted on behalf of the landlord whilst Jayne Rixon from Burston Cook represented the tenant. Sustain Ltd have taken 3,220 sq feet on part of the third floor.

Royal London Buildings is within walking distance of Temple Meads railway station and other crucial city centre transport links.

James Preece said: “Royal London Buildings seems to be earning something of a reputation as a hub for energy saving specialists as sustainability becomes more and more important to forward-looking businesses.”

Sustainability advisors IMS Consulting and Aisgill Business Solutions have already taken space on the fourth floor.

Situated in the heart of the city’s commercial centre Royal London Buildings is within walking distance of Broadmead, The Mall Galleries and Cabot Circus shopping centres and Temple Meads railway station.

James Preece said: “The strikingly contemporary space offers high quality facilities with plenty of natural light, exposed brickwork and laminate floors. The upper floors are currently being refurbished. Just over 6,766 sq ft of space is still available.”

Jayne Rixon of Burston Cook acted for Sustain Ltd, who signed a five year lease with a three year break.
