Global health tech organisation IntelliCentrics UK set for Manchester city centre relocation

Leading real estate consultancy firm OBI Property has announced that IntelliCentrics UK is to occupy 7,204 sq ft of workspace at 55 Spring Gardens in Manchester City Centre.

The American-headquartered global supplier of healthcare policy, safety and security will be taking space on the building’s third floor.

The team will be relocating from Orbit, Stockport, and the office will be its first in Manchester city centre.

OBI’s in- house team are project managing the works to the space on behalf of IntelliCentrics.
