An established private property consultancy is seeking a Valuation Surveyor to focus on Leasehold Enfranchisement work based in their W1 offices.
The firm manages a sizable residential long leasehold portfolio which generates a significant existing caseload. The properties are located across London and Greater London. The Valuation Surveyor will be acting on behalf of both freeholders and long leaseholders across Greater London.
In order to be the considered the Valuation Surveyor- Leasehold Enfranchisement WILL:-
- Be a Registered Valuer
- Be MRICS Qualified
- Have undertaken LH Enfranchisement work
