Beach Baker is working with a leading FM managing agent to recruit a Technical Manager who will be responsible for all M&E services, lifts & escalators and other technical service contracts for a prestigious commercial property portfolio in Mayfair.
The TM will provide advice and direction on all technical matters to the FM & Surveying teams, ensure that life cycle reports and forward maintenance registers are in place for all properties, and assist in the selection, specification and execution of necessary works. They will oversee the appointed service providers to ensure that obligations are fulfilled, and assist in the procurement of contractors where necessary. The TM will also work alongside the FM to ensure that all compliance and H&S standards are maintained.
To be considered for this role, candidates will be educated to degree level with a background in engineering and 10+ years industry experience. An IOSH qualification is essential as well as a CIBSE or Institute of Electrical Engineers membership.
