Surveyor/Senior Surveyor – Property Management

Beach Baker are pleased to have been instructed to recruit a Property Management Surveyor to be based in the Bristol office of a consultancy.

The firm offer an array of commercial services to its client base and have a requirement for a Property Management Surveyor within their dedicated team. For the most part, the post holder will be reporting into one client for providing a first-class Property Management service, dealing directly with the client, whilst managing their Grade A portfolio.

We are looking for an MRICS qualified individual who has experience of managing commercial assets on behalf of private sector clients. It is anticipated the post holder will have at least 2 years of Property Management experience and capable of working in a client facing role.

On offer is a remuneration package, commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
