£40,000 – £46,000 plus Car Allowance plus Bonus plus Full Benefits Package

Beach Baker is pleased to be assisting this leading private practice to attract a surveyor/senior surveyor to joins its Global Corporate services team in London.

Candidates will provide transactional and consultancy advice to a range of corporate clients. You will provide advice on regears, sale/leaseback and disposals work and the focus of this role is on from a transactional perspective, where you will be responsible for advising and closing a variety of transactions for Corporate clients.

In addition, you will offer strong consultancy advice with regards to occupational strategy. This is a key role, where you will work closely with a range of long-standing clients of the firm on either small projects or as part of a team managing larger portfolios.

You will have strong transactional and client relationship skills and able to liaise with clients at senior and strategic level on a daily basis.

You will be competent on systems and processes and an experienced, MRICS, surveyor currently working within a similar position who is looking to join a friendly and dynamic team within a leading firm, which offers excellent progression opportunities, a strong client base and excellent package.
