Service Charge Consultant – South West

Beach Baker are pleased to have been instructed to recruit a Service Charge Consultant on behalf of a reputable firm in Bristol. The firm offer a range of consultancy services, dedicated to improve the management of commercial assets, offering expert advice to property owners and occupiers, predominantly within the office and retail sectors.

This role will involve working as part of a wider team, providing first class payment advice to clients, identifying compliance issues and negotiating with landlords. You will be calculating and collecting service charges from commercial tenants, on behalf of a range of landlord clients.

You will be client facing, liaising with clients on a regular basis and offering advice and guidance to the Service Charge team, regarding recovery issues and other matters.

It is anticipated the successful candidate will have sound knowledge of Property Management, including experience of analysing and understanding leases. You will have good attention to detail whilst having your MRICS qualification is desirable.
