Basic salary circa £45,000 + Competitive Benefits Package + Benefits

My client is a renowned Real Estate adviser currently seeking an experienced Surveyor with excellent communication and client interfacing skills to support the Director in one of their specialist teams.

This client focused role requires significant knowledge of local valuation and planning issues along with specific Valuation, Development and Investment experience. The successful candidate will be working autonomously, providing advice to clients on student housing issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Senior Director in servicing existing instructions within the dedicated student housing team
• Providing Development Appraisals
• Developing new client relationships within the student housing sector and assisting in pitches and presentations for the growth of the Dept
• Research into student housing and university data

The successful candidate will be RICS Qualified with at least 2+ years PQE and experience of working within Valuation, Development or Investment.
