Senior Surveyor Ratings, W1, Up to £45K pa + £4.8K (Car Allowance)
A well established multi-disciplinary property consultancy is seeking a Senior Surveyor in the Ratings team based in the W1 offices.
The Ratings Senior Surveyor will report to the Partners, representing occupiers (both freeholders & tenants) on their property portfolio across the UK. This will involve undertaking; site inspections, liaison with clients and public bodies (VOA and local billing authorities), preparation & attending Valuation Tribunals (when required)
In order to be considered for the role you WILL:-
- Be able to demonstrate a working property knowledge
- Have the ability to negotiate
- Preferably come from a ratings/ valuation/ lease advisory background
- Be prepared to travel
