Beach Baker is pleased to be assisting a highly regarded private practice to recruit a Property Management Surveyor for this expansion role within its large and vibrant property management team.

Having won a new and prestigious client mandate, you will join a newly created client management team. You will be expected to handle a range of property management responsibilities, including tenant liaison, charges, client accounting, budget service charges, etc.

A strong advantage to this position above others, is that you will sit within a large property management team – which is vibrant, dynamic and very sociable. Sitting within the wider property and asset management team will give you great exposure to the wider client strategy whilst enabling you to manage your own desk.

This particular client portfolio houses some very vibrant and exciting locations and assets.

Candidates will ideally be MRICS with a strong track record of property management.
