Senior Rural Surveyor – South Wales

Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit a Senior Rural Surveyor, on behalf of a reputable firm of Surveyors in South Wales.

The firm advise on a number of disciplines within the Rural, Commercial and Residential sectors and are able to provide clients with a number of Rural services including; Valuation and Expert witness, L&T and Land Management and Rural planning.

Working directly with the head of rural practice, this is a fantastic opportunity, offering a varied workload from land and property sales and CPO to valuations and general professional work. The opportunity will suit an MRICS Rural Surveyor, looking to broaden their experience and offer a wider range of services in South Wales.
It is anticipated the successful candidate will have their MRICS qualification, along with at least 5 years’ pqe and a broad range of experience of Rural transactions
