Senior Quantity Surveyor Central London
Salary: up to £60,000 basic
We are pleased to be working with a leading private practice which is seeking to attract a RICS qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its highly successful team.
In this expansion role, you will be working with a team who have successfully delivered a range of iconic fit out projects and new schemes to a number of leading clients and is a well-recognised organisation. You will be part of a team offering a fulling integrated one stop shop for design and fit out work.
Working as part of a highly successful project management and consultancy team, you will join the specialist function which services clients across Europe and Worldwide, and have the opportunity to work with Central London projects.
You will handle high value projects from inception to completion, and this position offers the ability to operate in a client facing role.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Signing off on projects
- Working across a variety of Commercial projects, including multi-million-pound hotels
- Drafting cost reports
- Dealing directly with clients
We are looking to attract a MRICS Quantity Surveyor, with knowledge of JCT contracts, and ideally Cat A and Cat B fit out experience, however this is not essential.
My client can offer flexible working terms for candidates with a minimum of 1-year post qualification experience in a similar role.
