£55,000 to £70,000 depending on experience

This established and international PQS firm are looking to add additional Senior Quantity Surveyors to their Cost Consultancy teams in both the Midland and Northern Region offices in Ireland.

As a business, they focus on large scale retail, mixed use, industrial and infrastructure projects.

Our client has opportunities for SQS to be part of the founding Cost Management team in their new West Coast office or join the established team in their Midlands office.

They are looking for professionals who have a proven track record in delivery and are confident / comfortable developing and building client relationships.

You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Cost Managers to undertake new projects and assist in the future building of a larger practice.

The ideal professional will be well versed in NEC contracts and have an established property and infrastructure portfolio.

You will have a recognised degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction and ideally be MRICS or working towards this.
